vokera service = useless

  1. just had our annual service and these guys seem to not know what they are talking about
    was told last year we had to seal the "flue" outflow - but that it could be done either externally on the outside or internally
    The guy today is either a total "jobs worth" and said "no it is not up to industry standard it has to be sealed on the inside and the outside" or last year's service guy didn't know what he was talking about and gave us bad advice.
    Add to this the fact that when the boiler was installed the pressures were set incorrectly and we got repeated problems with the boiler vibrating the whole house before it shut down and had to call the service team about five times before they finally believed there was a problem and fixed it
