Hello All, Can somebody recommend me a pump. To be installed in loft. Cold water tank in loft about 5 metres away from were I want to site it. Hot water cylander, is about 6 metres away, and on floor below loft. I installed this Salamander Pumps CT50+ Xtra Regenerative Shower Pump 1.5bar it does not seem to be working now, thanks
Salamander pumps are good but unfortunately not that one,if I was you I'd stick to the same make but spend a few more £££££'s.
Thanks plumberboy its only 3 months old and packed in...Does the installation set up, seem ok to you?
Depends?? Is the hot feed from the cylinder taken via a Surrey or essex flange? If not the pump will draw air and burn out.
PS..Best place for the pump is normally as near to the cylinder as possible,but that's not always possible.
