Is a Lag Switch what the OP needs? They will normally turn a circuit ON for a defined period but do not allow it to be turned off. The OP wants a way for it to be turned ON or OFF (and possibly for random lengths of time) from any of seven switches.

The simplest way is to use wireless switches either communicating with a master switch which is wired to the lights or by using a switching relay which is wired to the lights and all of the switches communicating with the relay. Lightwave rf do them.
