Silicone woes

    Hi all I just need some info on silicone sealant's, I have always used sanitary silicone but looking at the back of the tube it says not for use in food prep areas but on the front it says for use in kitchens? I'm confused if any one can shed some light on this that would be awesome.

    Ah so it is ok to use in a kitchen, around a sink and the back of worktops?
